Good quality, modern, spacious, superbly situated 2 bedroom apartment in Albufeira Old Town – sleeps 4-5.
An ideal location for holidays all year round - Well furnished, air conditioned and fully equipped. This is a non-smoking apartment but guests may use the balcony – an ashtray is provided.
Full-length, South-West facing balcony with access from lounge and both bedrooms looks out on to an unspoilt hillside with a partial sea view and is ideal for sunbathing or eating in the open air. Sunny from mid-morning to evening.

Perfectly situated in a quiet area of the Old Town – literally 5 minutes walk from Old Town Square and Praia Peneco (Tunnel Beach) with no steep hills to climb!
The popular Praia Dos Pescadores (Fisherman’s Beach) and escalators to the top of the town are a 10 minute stroll through Old Town Square. The vibrant night-life of ‘The Strip’ is an inexpensive 10 minute trip by taxi (30 minute walk).
Taxis, local and long distance buses and pick-up point for excursions along the Algarve, to Lisbon, Seville, and water park trips all within a 2-3 minute walk. Parachute-Water-Skiing, Fishing, Boat and Dolphin trips available at the Marina - 15 minutes by local bus / 5 mins by taxi. Golf excursions available from ticket shop across the road - courses within a 15-20 minute drive - some golf trips include pick-up.
Local shops, mini-markets, banks, cafes, bars , restaurants and excursion ticket shop are also within 2-5 minutes walking distance. Larger supermarkets and the local market are 5 minutes by car/taxi or 10 minutes by local bus.
Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is in easy access of all amenities and attractions in Albufeira but for those guests wishing to explore the Algarve and beyond under their own steam there are many good on-line deals from car hire operators at Faro airport.
Situated on Avenida Da Liberdade - easily accessible from Faro Airport via either A22 toll motorway or EN125 trunk road and then taking EN395 into Albufeira to the Discovers's Roundabout, taking the second exit down into Avenida Da Liberdade. The apartment is approx 600 metres from the Explorer's Roundabout.
Private taxi transfers will drop and collect at door. Shared shuttles usually only drop and collect at the small bus station at the top of Avenida Da Liberdade, 200 metres from door. Guests who hire cars will be given detailed directions, including directions to on-site secure underground parking.
Guests are met and greeted by our English and Portuguese speaking agent on arrival at the time arranged by guests at the time of booking. Our agent will hand over keys and ensure guests know where everything is in the apartment and how to work it! Guests who have requested use of the garage will be directed to the garage access at the rear of the building. Departure arrangements will be made with our agent who is available on call throughout the stay.
